Will the account owner see me?
GramPeek does not use your personal Instagram account for public story lookups. That means the profile owner is not shown your Instagram profile through GramPeek.
This does not change Instagram's own product behavior when you view stories inside the Instagram app while logged in. The browser viewer and the logged-in app are different contexts.
Viewer or downloader
Use the Story Viewer when the job is simply to watch active public stories. Use the Story Downloader only when you specifically need to save a public story media file and a usable public media URL is available.
If a story preview is unavailable or expired, the downloader will not be able to create the missing media.
